This position plays a vital role in shaping the day-to-day student experience—supporting academic achievement through streamlined testing coordination, empowering student employees as campus leaders, and ensuring smooth, student-centered operations throughout the Student Success Library suite. The ideal candidate brings reliable and confidential professionalism, a courageous spirit, a data-informed mindset, and a passion for creating inclusive, high-impact student support systems.
Academic Testing Coordination: Coordinate and oversee all academic testing within Student Success, including tests for students with approved accommodations, make-up testing, CLEP exams, Math Launch scoring and equivalency entry. Work in close collaboration with Coordinator of Student Accessibility, Support, and Success to ensure comprehensive coverage of all proctoring needs. Foster strong relationships with faculty and students to ensure effective communication for all. Take initiative to implement innovative solutions that enhance the efficiency of testing processes, prioritizing smooth operations and a seamless experience to support student success.
Student Employee Supervision: Lead and empower a dynamic team of student employees in the Student Success Library suite through hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation. Create meaningful student project opportunities, support student leadership, and develop front desk schedules—serving at front desk when students are unavailable. Manage student employee budget and coordinate recognition efforts, including for graduating students and during Student Employee Appreciation Week. Division Budgets & Logistics: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Student Success Library suite with a commitment to professionalism and delivering a five-star experience. Manage all financial transactions related to the division's budget, including processing payments. Oversee division-wide procurement activities, encompassing supply inventory management, catering services, event preparation, and maintenance requests. Collaborate with the Vice President for Student Success to coordinate logistics for monthly staff meetings, semi-annual retreats, and ongoing team recognition initiatives.
Operations & Office Coverage: Provide timely and exceptional support for division operations and events, such as new hire onboarding, Career Events, and First-Year events. This is an in-person position (minimal to no remote work) with typical work day being a 7a – 3:30pm with capability to adapt start and end times as necessary to effectively address student needs and ensure adequate office coverage. Some evenings and 1-2 weekends annually based on Division/student needs.

Minimum Qualifications
|
Excellent customer service skills, commitment to access and opportunity, high level of confidentiality and familiarity with ADA Law and accommodations. Strong attention to detail and committed to prompt/timely responsiveness. Proven ability to effectively prioritize and develop relationships with students, faculty, staff.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Psychology, Communications, or related field.
