The Program Coordinator for International Student Success position reports directly to the Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. The Office of Diversity and Inclusion is part of the division of Student Life at Maryville University. Currently, the Diversity and Inclusion staff consists of a director, three program coordinators and a graduate assistant. This position will coordinate the immigration, personal, cultural advising, programming, processing, and individual needs of Maryville’s dynamic and growing international student population. Graduate Assistant - Division of Student Success 2022-2023 St. Louis, MO
The Graduate Assistant (GA) will provide assistance with the tutoring program coordinated by Student Success. Programming responsibilities may include Study Strategies Week and other events and programs coordinated by Student Success. The duties of the GA do not include tutoring, however, they are essential in aiding peer tutors develop skills that will help them grasp course materials and learning strategies. The GA will be integral in helping Student Success provide individualized tutoring and mentoring support to on-campus and online students.
