Maryville University is seeking a dynamic individual who demonstrates a commitment to teaching excellence, teamwork, and exceptional service to students and the University. This full-time position within the Catherine McAuley School of Nursing will be responsible for teaching in the undergraduate nursing programs. The faculty member will participate in advising of students, scholarly activities, and service to the Nursing School and the University. This is a 9.5-month contract. Tenure status will be based on credentials and completion of the doctoral program. The successful candidate must be committed to fostering a culturally diverse atmosphere for faculty, staff, and students. The chosen candidate will need to be able to teach a variety of courses across the curriculum. Assignments may include classroom/didactic courses and/or clinical/lab/simulation.
This is an on-ground position. Work hours Include the possibility of days, evenings, and weekends dependent upon schedule/semester.
